Pig slaughterline for 110 pigs per hour.
The double dehairing machine is built for maximum 250 pigs per hour.
Stunning is done with a Butina. This is followed by the bleeding conveyor which runs through the spray scalding tunnel. A set of two Nawi dehairing machines ensures very dehairing quality. This is followed by a whip washer, singer/sterilizer and another whip washer.
The clean line is complete with organ handling system, wash basins and sterilizers.
