Clean line conveyor for poultry slaughterline
An automatic conveyor for the clean part of a poultry slaughterhouse, suitable for 500–1000 birds per hour. Includes drive, tensioning stations, corner wheels, trolleys, chain and hooks, and a sterilization station, along with 2 IPE 100 beams and 4 conveyor tubes.
The line features 113 trolleys with 1,800 cm of suspension, 2 × 90° corner wheels, 1 × 180° corner wheel, a 180° tension station, and a 180° drive unit. Equipped with 116 under-hooks and an underline trough. The drive has been tested, corner wheels rotate smoothly.
