It is a device designed with a self-cleaning action. The rotating drum screen sieves from the inside out and can work for a long time and without disturbance. The rotating drum movement makes it possible to classify the size and separate floating materials by size or micrometer.
These are materials that are difficult to separate and come from municipal solid waste and can be reused. Separates and washes other fine materials into larger grain sizes. The filtered particles are lifted from the bottom and discharged into a central hopper connected to an outlet.
During the lifting cycle, there are sprayers on the outside of the drum that spray water under pressure, keeping the screen clean.
