Elpress — Crate washer

The Crate Washer from Elpress is designed as an efficient and hygienic solution for cleaning crates. It can handle up to 560 crates per hour and uses approximately 0,3 to 0,5 liters of water per crate.

The washing process is divided into two main sections.
1. Main wash section: high-pressure sprays combined with detergents remove dirt and residue effectively.
2. Rinse section: uses clean water to ensure crates are completely residue-free and ready for reuse.

Built with durable materials, the crate washer is suitable for heavyduty use. It has a reliable heating system that raises the water temperature to as high as 70°C for optimal cleaning performance.

Its user-friendly design allows for seamless integration into industrial operations. The system's water filtration also recycles water, further enhancing efficiency and sustainability.
