EMF Gizzard harvester

An automatic MF gizzard harvester for efficient separation and processing of poultry gizzards during evisceration. This machine helps optimise by-product handling while maintaining high hygiene and yield standards. Suitable for integration in automated evisceration lines or as a standalone unit. Durable stainless-steel construction ensures easy cleaning and a long service life.

The harvester performs four processes: separation of the gizzard and pre-stomach from the intestines, cutting and cleaning of the gizzard, and peeling of the yellow inner skin using peeler shafts. Clean, peeled gizzards are discharged onto an inspection table.
