Hubert HAAS — Scalding and Dehairing System – Hubert Haas (Turnomatic + Goliath)

This complete system consists of a Turnomatic scalding tank and a Goliath 180 dehairing machine from Hubert Haas. It is suitable for medium-capacity pig slaughtering operations with a capacity of around 40 pigs per hour.

The Turnomatic scalding tank provides controlled submersion scalding for pigs before dehairing. This unit is heated via thermal oil, ensuring stable and precise temperature control. A circulation pump keeps the water temperature uniform, contributing to optimal softening of the bristles.

The Goliath 180 is a robust dehairing machine designed for standard slaughter pigs up to 250 kg. The machine features a powerful rotating roller with scraper paddles and metal shaving elements, effectively removing hair and bristles.

A flame bridge (propane-fired) is integrated on the machine for final singeing, ensuring complete removal of remaining bristles and a clean finish.
