ITEC + NAWI — Intestine cutter

This intestine cutting machine is designed to efficiently process intestines from pigs and cattle. The machine cuts open the intestines, separating the contents (manure and water) from the intestinal tissue. This process offers several important benefits for both waste handling and by-product use.

By cutting and emptying the intestines, the remaining rumen material (such as the stomach lining) is downgraded from Category 1 to Category 2 material. This classification significantly reduces disposal costs, making the process more economical.

Additionally, the remaining pieces of rumen can be repurposed for use in pet food production, adding further value.

The manure and water mixture that is separated during the process can either be treated in a water purification system or directly discharged, depending on your facility setup. This contributes to a cleaner and more efficient operation.
